Before leaving, you'll receive instructions on ice or heat application, activity modifications, positions to avoid, and home exercises to support your recovery.

Follow-Up Scheduling
Regular treatment is essential. We work around your schedule. Generally, patients are seen within 1–2 days of their initial visit for a complete review of findings and discussion of treatment options.
